Congratulations once again to all aspirants who made it to the UNIOSUN 2025/2026 Law admission list on merit, if you haven’t seen yet be rest assured more lists to come.Just be prayerful. The release of the admission list is just the beginning. The next important stage is clearance and registration and this is where many new students get confused or delayed because they don’t know the documents required.

In this article I would be answering the big question in your mind right now

What do I need for admission clearance? You’re in the right place, Law made simple is here to create a checklist in the most simplified way. Let’s go but before we proceed let me let you know of something, an uncommon fact:

There is possibility that JAMB will give you admission first before the school in another different batch.

School might not give you admission now but your JAMB portal will change to admitted, not really common but this happen almost every year.

Reason why you should take your JAMB CAPS serious too, your name might be on the admission list but won’t reflect on school portal but on JAMB PORTAL alone…

There are some that happened years back also, they were admitted on their JAMB portal and they accepted their JAMB admission but their school portal shows NO ADMISSION OFFERED YET, they all resumed to school and the institution rectified their school portal for them along the line.

IF YOUR OLEVEL ISN’T REFLECTING ON YOUR CAPS, KINDLY GO FOR REUPLOADING AND REFRESH YOUR CAPS.

This new week, CAPS admission will start changing to ADMISSION IN PROGRESS and also CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE BEEN ADMITTED.

You might be lucky to see JAMB ADMISSION before school admission.

You can start getting them down gradually, all documents are compulsory and no exception.

Documents needed during admission registration 

1. OSUN STATE UNIVERSITY PROVISIONAL ADMISSION SLIP:

This is one of the needed document for registration in various campuses respectively. Admitted aspirants are to visit their various Uniosun Aspirants Undergraduate Portal by paying the sum of #2,000 for admission checker fee, immediately admission checker fee payment is being made, Osun State University provisional admission slip will be made available for printout.

2. FRESH STUDENTS’ ACCEPTANCE CLEARANCE:

This form can only be gotten once the admitted fresher pay his/her Acceptance Fee of #50,000 on the Uniosun Aspirants Undergraduate Portal

Once payment has been successfully made, newly admitted aspirant are meant to fill an online form that will appear on their various portal immediately

After the submission of the online form, fresh student acceptance clearance printout will be made available immediately for printout

3. STUDENT MEDICAL RECORD FORM/PAYMENT RECEIPT

This is one of the required documents needed during registration in various campuses. A fee of 40,000 will be paid online

Immediately after payment, the front page that shows successful payment of 40,000 has been paid is to be printed out.

A form will be required to be filled after the payment has been successfully made, applicant’s are meant to fill in the form appropriately and then submit. Also, Osun State University Student Medical Record Form will be made available for printout after the completion of the form.

4. OSUN STATE UNIVERSITY UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION SCREENING APPLICATION FORM:

this form is gotten immediately after the screening registration. This form is also known as Application form.

 

5. OSUN STATE UNIVERSITY SCREENING RESULT:

All applicants are expected to have a printed copy of their screening result which will also be needed for registration.

6. BIRTH CERTIFICATE/AGE DECLARATION FROM THE COURT

this is one of required document needed during registration which all admitted aspirans will bring along to their various campuses for registration

7. STATE OF ORIGIN CERTIFICATE/LOCAL GOVERNMENT IDENTIFICATION:

all certified Indigene of a particular local government are to submit a copy of their certified local government identification during registration.

8. UNIFIED TERTIARY MATRICULATION EXAMINATION REGISTRATION SLIP (DE & UTME SLIP):

A copy of all admitted jamb registration slip is needed during registration.

9. UNIFIED TERTIARY MATRICULATION EXAMINATION ORIGINAL RESULT:

all admitted applicants are to ensure they have a copy of their jamb original result.

10. UNIFIED TERTIARY MATRICULATION EXAMINATION ADMISSION LETTER:

This form can only be gotten immediately applicants have been admitted on jamb portal, applicants who are yet to be admitted won’t have access to print out their jamb admission letter.

11. ATTESTATION LETTER:

attestation letter is a document that expresses the reliability of an assertion made by another party(persons). This letter can be gotten from any well known organization or non governmental organization like church, mosque, school, parents, court etc.

12. ADMITTED ASPIRANT PASSPORT:

2 copies of passport will be needed during registration, the institution has no specific passport background.

 

13. HOSTEL EVIDENCE OF PAYMENT: (pending)

 

The institution has made it known that hostel is mandatory for all fresh students of the institution. Payment is being done by bank deposit into the institution bank account

A copy of the receipt after deposit is also required during registration.

14. ORIGINAL OLEVEL RESULT/STATEMENT OF RESULT: will be gotten from your secondary school.

 

15. OLEVEL SCRATCHED CARD(CHECKERS PIN): You can reach out for that and you can also get it in school

16. OSUN STATE TAX CLEARANCE:

This is like a government fee paid when you get to school, the price is around 15-20k

1. How can I check my UNIOSUN admission status?

You can check your status in two ways:

On JAMB CAPS: Login to your JAMB profile → Go to CAPS → Click on Admission Status.

On UNIOSUN Portal: Visit www.uniosun.edu.ng and follow the admission status checker instructions.

2. What should I do after I have been offered admission?

Accept the admission on JAMB CAPS.

Print your JAMB admission letter.

Proceed to the UNIOSUN portal to pay the acceptance fee.

Keep checking the school’s portal for further instructions on clearance and registration.

3. What if my name is not on the first admission list?

Don’t panic! UNIOSUN usually releases admission lists in batches. Keep checking both the JAMB CAPS and UNIOSUN portal regularly. Also, ensure your O’Level results are uploaded on JAMB portal.
